## What this is

Land3D is a v0.1 micro-product from adametherzlab. It sells one thing today: a $50 USDC screening quote for a rural Texas land parcel that the buyer wants captured as a 3D Gaussian Splatting walkthrough. The screening response includes the submitted acreage echoed back, a lat-based terrain class screen, an East Texas reach feasibility note, sample asset URL, and the next-step pricing tier (case-by-case).

Capture, drone scheduling, geographic coverage outside the East Texas reach, and turnaround times are NOT guaranteed by this product. The screening response is the only thing the $50 charge buys at v0.1.

## Sample walkthrough

The sample at `/sample-walkthrough/` is a real Gaussian Splatting asset (`.splat`) rendered by a real WebGL2 viewer. The asset itself is a public Polycam-style placeholder while the Far Out Farm scan is being finalized. It is not the Far Out Farm scan; it is a stand-in to demonstrate what a finished walkthrough looks like in-browser.

- **Capture not committed**: the $50 buys the screening response only. Drone capture, scheduling, and turnaround are not committed at v0.1.
